Since this property was built after 1979, it is not under rent-control but still eviction rules still apply. The top floor, two bedroom and two bathroom unit was recently remodeled. The current rent seems to be accurate. The lower two units are both one bedroom apartments and the rents could be increased. If these lower units were remodeled, the rents could be even higher but to achieve the highest rents, the windows need to be changed to double-pane to reduce the noise. A bit loud on this corner!
